The Principal Secretary for Public Investments and Assets Management Mr. Cyrell Wagunda today made an impromptu visit at the call centre of the Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) System at KISM Towers along Ngong Road, Nairobi.

The visit was aimed at assessing service delivery by the Trainers of Trainees (ToTs) who assist Ministries Departments and Agencies (MDAs) as well as other Procuring Entities navigate the System without hitches.

The PS reaffirmed his commitment to see all Procuring Entities get to procure effectively through the e-GP saying that in the current Financial Year, there shall be no exemption or going back to manual process.

The PS was accompanied by the Director of Public Procurement Directorate Mr. Eric Korir.
